![]() Julie S. Amanda got us off to a great start with our new puppy! We are using what we learned from her, and each day we see improvements. She helped us understand how to read our dogs body language, and how to calmly be leaders. She and her pack were so fun to learn and work with. She connected well with our teenage son as well. I'm so thankful we found such a great trainer! About me:
Animals have been a consistent theme in my life for as long as I can remember. Rabbits, horses, goats, cats, dogs, and any other animals around me quickly became my fascination. It has become acutely clear to me that what I truly love is behavior rehabilitation, to try to develop a clear understanding of the animal in front of me, and to help them and the humans they live with coexist harmoniously. I have experience in working with dogs that are:
- aggressive towards humans - dog aggressive - anxious - fearful - belligerent/untrained |
and many more. I have worked with up to fifty dogs in one setting and am confident with a pack. I have worked with breeds from teacup yorkies and corgis to bloodhounds and dobermans. I have yet to meet a dog that I felt could not be helped, and its safe to say I've met thousands of dogs. My ideas combine many concepts, but are often original. I love to theorize unique plans for the rehabilitation of each dog, and I stress the importance of the following concepts:
-> exercise
-> mental challenge
-> play
-> leadership
-> time with other dogs
-> a natural approach.
I look forward to seeing what animals I can meet with my latest venture, and I hope that I can help you live a balanced and happy life with your pet!
